REACHING HEARTS THROUGH ENLIGHTENING MATERIAL AND POWERFUL MESSAGES
In a world full of endless distractions and temptations, how can we prepare ourselves to become strong, balanced, and compassionate adults? The answer lies in discovering the incredible power of whole actions. "U Can Be Heroes" is all about helping you tap into your best self, your highest self.
Throughout this program, we'll show you how each behavior is a key to wholeness and harmony. We'll connect these behaviors to different parts of your body. Think of your heart as the source of your kindness, your brain as the center of your wisdom, and your whole actions as your goodness shining forth.
"U Can Be Heroes" is your invitation to explore the incredible potential within you and learn how to use it for good.
SHINING FROM
THE INSIDE OUT
A Program on Parts to Wholes and Parts to Wholeness
IT'S ABOUT BRINGING THE PARTS TOGETHER...
looking at the design of our body, we gain insight into what it means to have whole, harmonious, or balanced actions. Much as the body has parts, whole, harmonious, balanced actions are also made up of parts. Learning about the different parts of the body, and how they function, and how different parts of whole harmonious actions function, we discover a beautiful insight into how we can live well. Through revealing functional common denominators between body parts and behavior "parts"
a divine guideline for wholeness in our actions surfaces.
By engaging children on parts to wholes, using the body as the anchor, we encourage children to see the value of wholeness in their actions.
